- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.

- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.

- Bookings may be made until 9:00 4 days prior to the tour departure date (for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the deadline will be advanced to the preceding weekday). Please make a reservation on the system.

- Arrival times may change depending on congestion at sightseeing locations and road conditions.

In such cases, the amount of time spent at each location may be shortened. However, this will not be accepted as a reason for booking charge refunds.

- As autumn leaves are subject to seasonal change, the coloration level of the leaves is not guaranteed.  Refunds will not be given for such reasons.

- This tour uses public transportation with non-reserved seats. Please note that seating is not guaranteed.

- The free shuttle service charge between Kibuneguchi Station and the dinner facility is not a service of this tour, and is not included in the tour booking charge.
