  • Tour Details
1. This 2-day 1-night tour takes customers around Hiroshima, where leaders of member countries gathered during the G7 Summit, together with an English-speaking guide who is knowledgeable about the area. Fully enjoy exploring the World Heritage sites of Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima and Hiroshima's Atomic Bomb Dome, as well as the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.

2. There is plenty of time allotted to leisurely see the displays inside the Peace Museum. In the Peace Park, the guide will give explanations such as about the Atomic Bomb Dome Cenotaph, allowing customers to gain a deeper learning experience.

3. Look forward to seeing wild deer in the untouched abundant nature of World Heritage Miyajima. Take the ropeway up to Mt. Misen, a symbol of Miyajima which can be difficult to visit on a day trip due to time constraints. From the observatory near the last stop, relish the breathtaking scenery of Setouchi and mountains in the background.

4. Look forward to a pleasant trip as accommodation will be at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima, an ideal choice for sightseeing.

5. Watch a regular performance of kagura, Hiroshima's traditional performing art, in the evening on Day 1 of the tour. Enjoy the splendid, lively dance performance featuring luxurious costumes as well as music from drums and flutes played by hayashikata, performers playing musical instruments. After the performance, feel free to step on stage to take a commemorative photo with the performers and try on some costumes.
*Kagura basically refers to a ritual performing art to worship the gods, and is said to have originated as a ritual to pray for a bountiful harvest and abundant catch, and to ward off plagues.
