1. In Takachiho, the land of Japanese myths, spend a day visiting famous sites that tell the story of the region's history. As this is a round-trip plan from Kumamoto, it's also recommended as a day trip for those traveling to Kyushu using the Shinkansen.

2. Takachiho, a place associated with Japanese mythology, is said to be where the gods descended from heaven to earth, and is home to many shrines dedicated to the gods. On this tour, customers will be accompanied by a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter to Amanoiwato Shrine and Amanoyasu Dry River Bed, the setting of the myths surrounding Amaterasu Omikami, the sun goddess in Japanese mythology.

3. Tour around Takachiho Shrine, the head shrine of the 88 shrines in the 18 neighborhoods of Takachiho. Its Main Sanctuary and ironwork guardian dog statues have been designated as important cultural properties of Japan.

4. Visit Takachiho Gorge, one of Japan's most famous scenic spots, which was created when pyroclastic flows from the eruption of Mt. Aso cooled, solidified, and were eroded away. The majestic beauty of the valley is truly the mystical scenery created by the nature of Kyushu.

5. This is a private tour where a charter vehicle is provided for each group of customers along with a guide
