At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.
[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
- Depending on operational circumstances, certain tour dates may be canceled, or tour operation may cease entirely.
- In case participants cannot enter the plantation due to inclement weather, they may choose a melon from the batch already harvested on the day. The variety of the harvested melons may vary.
- The experience may be canceled on the day due to weather conditions. If canceled, please contact your travel agent. The full tour charge will be refunded.
- Note that no refunds will be issued if a customer is unable to attend the tour due to their own circumstances.
- The experience including transfer time takes about 40 minutes.
About Measures to Prevent Further Spread of Infectious Diseases:
This plan includes a melon-picking experience in a greenhouse. During the experience, adequate ventilation is supplied to prevent the greenhouse from becoming an enclosed space. However, depending on the number of reservations, the number of people allowed at one time in the greenhouse may be limited. In addition, the harvesting experience may be unavailable in case air vents cannot be opened due to inclement weather, etc. In this case, a melon already harvested will be provided. Partial refunds will not be issued for this reason. This is a measure to prevent further spread of the novel coronavirus. Thank you for your understanding.

- Harvested melons may be delivered only within Japan (additional delivery fee required).
- The Furano-no-Yume cannot be made in advance. You may have to wait while the treat is being prepared.

- This is an unguided plan, so please go to the meeting location on your own.
- Please be at the shop inside Yoshida Farm by 5 minutes before the reserved time. Show the reservation confirmation sheet or confirmation e-mail on a mobile device and complete the necessary procedure.
[Shop Information] Access: From JR Furano Station, take the Nishi Tappu route bus and alight at the Yamabe 14 (ju-yon) sen bus stop (about 15 min). Immediate access to the farm (along Route 38).
