1. How would you like to try making your own sushi? On this tour you can experience hand-shaping and rolling sushi, and of course, tasting your own work of art! The National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter will lead the tour around the many bustling shops in the Tsukiji Outer Market, one of Japan's largest wholesale fish markets.
2. Receive instruction on sushi making from a Tsukiji sushi chef. Even beginners can create a simple hand-pressed sushi.
3. There are about 410 shops and restaurants at the Tsukiji Outer Market. (Please note that the tuna auctions will not be visited on this tour.)

- The venue of the sushi-making workshop may be changed to Ginza after touring Tsukiji Outer Market. In this case, the itinerary will be:
Tsukiji Outer Market (40 min); Tsukiji Station or Ginza-itchome Station; sushi-making workshop; and tour end at Ginza Station.
- The tour will proceed even in case of rain.
