At reception, please show the reservation confirmation sheet or e-mail (printout/digital copy on mobile device) to staff.

[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 30 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- 1 tour consists of 2 to 10 customers.
- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 30 days prior to the tour.
- Those who are 7 years of age and younger may not join this tour.
- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.
- The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary. A copy of the final itinerary will not be sent to participants.
- This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour.
- The tour may be canceled in case inclement weather (poor visibility due to strong winds, snowstorms, etc.) is in the forecast.
- Cancellation may occur due to traffic obstruction caused by heavy snowfall in Lake Akan and Kushiro City.

[Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations]
- The times noted in the itinerary are estimates only, and may vary depending on circumstances.
- If making plans for before or after the tour on the same day, and for those joining from outside Hokkaido, please leave enough time in your schedule.
- During the mukkuri-making experience, customers will be using a chisel to carve a mukkuri, a traditional Ainu musical instrument. Please ensure that there is always an accompanying adult present, even for children age 7 and older, throughout the entire experience.
[Important Notes/Supplements: What to Wear/Bring]
- As customers will be walking in the forest, please participate in clothes and shoes that are easy to move around in. Using a backpack, sling bag, or other bags that keep the hands free is recommended.
- The tour will proceed in case of light rain. Please bring rain wear just in case.

- For lunch on Day 2, customers will purchase their own lunch at the restaurant Akai Berét. The specialty dish is Akan malt beef steak. (Vegetarian menu also available.)

While requests for non-smoking rooms and Double rooms are accepted, requests may not be accommodated depending on the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
Also, children sharing beds with adults are limited to 1 child per bed.
