[Reception Method]
At reception, please show the reservation confirmation sheet or e-mail (printout/digital copy on mobile device) to staff.

- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 7 days prior to the tour at 0:00.
- This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour.

- On Day 1, customers are to make their own way to Yukiguni-kan for meet-up.
(Yukiguni-kan: 354-1 Yuzawa, Yuzawa-machi, Minamiuonuma-gun, Niigata Prefecture)
- On Day 2, the hotel will be the meeting location for the snowshoe walk. A vehicle will arrive for customer pick-up.
- In case of inclement weather, the Day 2 walking itinerary may be canceled.

[About Ticket Pick-up]
Tickets and the final itinerary may be picked up at either (1) a hotel designated for ticket and itinerary delivery, or (2) Tokyo City i. The designated Shinkansen may not be changed at the pick-up location.
If the address for the tickets and final itinerary to be sent to changes after booking, please inform us at least 8 days prior to the tour departure date.
Pick-up is possible starting from 7 days before the tour departure date until the day prior to departure. Also, regarding bookings made less than 7 days prior to the tour departure date, pick-up will be possible starting from 2 days after the booking is made until the day prior to departure.
 Pick-up may be made only on or after the designated pick-up date. Tickets cannot be issued or changed at Tokyo City i.
(1) If Hotel designated for ticket delivery is selected:
Tickets will be sent by the day prior to tour departure. When booking, please enter the hotel's official name, address (all including postal code, prefecture, city, area number, etc.), and the name used for the hotel booking.
 Please be aware that service will not be possible if there are any errors in the information provided.
Please note that service to private residences or private lodgings (minpaku) is not available. Thank you for your understanding.
*Service to certain locations other than hotels, such as a business or embassy, is available. (Must be located in Japan.) Just as in the case for a hotel, please provide the address (all including postal code, prefecture, city, area number, etc.), and the name of the person to be sent to, along with contact information.
(2) If Tokyo City i is selected:
Please go to Tokyo City i and pick up the tickets on your own by the day prior to tour departure. Also, please indicate the date on which you will pick up the tickets at Tokyo City i.

There will be an accompanying English-speaking interpreter guide during the snowshoe experience, snowshoe walk, and bar-hopping experience.
The experience tours may be shared with other groups.

- Breakfast at the hotel may be a Japanese/Western-style buffet or a Japanese-style meal. Please confirm during check-in.
During bar hopping, snacks will be served at the establishments. The tour will also visit a shop serving regional cuisine prepared with Niigata's in-season ingredients.
In general, the menu will be decided by the establishment. Please make a notification in advance regarding any food allergies. Please understand that there is no halal or vegetarian option available. Customers are to pay for additional food and drink orders separately at the location.

[Important Notes/Supplements: What to Wear/Bring]
Bar hopping and snowshoe walk will be conducted outdoors, so please wear warm clothing. During the snowshoe walk, please also prepare footwear used to walk on snow. In general, it will be smooth-sailing when wearing an outfit with measures for protection against the cold, such as a skiing outfit. If requests are made in advance, top and bottom apparel rental is available for JPY 1,650, and footwear rental is available for JPY 1,650. Please pay the rental charges at the location. The snowshoes to be worn will be those that customers made the previous day, so please be sure to bring them on the day. If the snowshoes made cannot be used depending on the shoe size, pre-made snowshoes may be rented.
