- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- The last reception day is 7 days prior to the tour at 0:00.
- Cancellation fees will be charged from 7 days in advance. (Please check the booking screen for details.)
- This tour is available for up to 4 people.
- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.
- The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary. A copy of the final itinerary will not be sent to participants.

- The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- For Day 2, in case of inclement weather, the meditation experience will not be held in the cave; instead it will be in a hall in Unganzen-ji Temple.
- For Day 3, due to circumstances of the shrines/temples listed in the itinerary, entry may not be possible. In this case, the tour will be led to alternative destination(s) which will be notified to customers on the day.
- For Day 3, during the town stroll, a local volunteer guide may also accompany the tour. Refunds will not be issued even in case there is no accompanying volunteer guide."

- As there will be a samurai armor experience, please participate in clothing that is easy to move around in.
- During the experience, please remove accessories, etc.
- Photo shoot by a photographer and sending of photo data will require an additional charge of JPY 3,000.
- Please note that as there are no armor sizes for customers who are 95 cm and shorter or who are 185 cm and taller, such customers may only observe. Thank you for your understanding.
