[Reception Method]
At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.

Please note that bookings for customers with flights departing between 24:00 (12:00 midnight) and 8:00 are not accepted.
Customer information including the flight number, departure time, hotel name etc. are required when making a reservation. If the correct flight information is not provided by the reception deadline (5 business days in advance), your reservation will be canceled.
A JTB staff member will meet customers at the hotel and provide guidance onto the airport bus. JTB staff will not escort customers to the airport.

Up to 2 pieces per person (e.g. up to 2 suitcases), with a total weight within 30 kg, total capacity of 0.25 m³, and with each piece of baggage having the total dimensions (length + width + height) within 2 m.
*As much as possible, please put a name tag with your contact information on the baggage.
For staff escorted taxis, in the event that all luggage does not fit in the trunk or the actual number of participants exceeds the number booked (including infants), an additional vehicle may be arranged at the participant's expense. Note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Porter service is not included, so please carry all your luggage on your own.
Customers will be informed of the pick-up time in the evening on the day before. (Customers will either be called or have a message left for them at the front desk of the prior night's accommodation.) The estimated pick-up time is 3-4 hours prior to the departing flight.
Service in the Osaka area is available for all hotels in Osaka City excluding Hyatt Regency Osaka and hotels in the Universal City area.
Service is not available at apartment buildings, private residences, private lodgings (minpaku), and townhouses which do not have front desk facilities.
