- Bookings may be made until 15:00 on the day prior to the tour. Please make a reservation on the system.

- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.

- This tour cannot be requested in advance.

- Refunds requested due to customer circumstances will incur a refund fee only on the day of the tour. After tour departure, changes and refunds cannot be made.

- Due to traffic restrictions or entry restrictions, etc. near the Imperial Palace, operation may be suspended or departure may not be possible from the designated departure location.

- The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.

- Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. The scheduled tour ending time may vary depending on traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

- The matcha green tea experience in Asakusa is not a formal ceremony, but an experience for customers to make their own tea.

- Depending on weather conditions, the cruise may stay near the shore.

- At Tokyo Tower, only the main observatory (150 m) will be entered. An additional admission fee is required to access the special observatory (250 m). For those interested, please pay the required charges on your own.

- Please participate in shoes which are easy to walk in.

- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats. If a seat on the bus is required for the child, please make a booking at the Child rate.

- The bus company to be used on the tour is Hato Bus Co., Ltd.

 As part of the initiatives for SDGs, an environment-friendly hybrid bus will be used for transportation. (May be changed due to maintenance or other unavoidable circumstances.)

- In an effort to prevent global warming, the bus will have its engine and cooling/heating turned off while waiting. Thank you for your understanding.

- In general, groups with an odd number of members will share seats with other customers.

- Please keep your seatbelts fastened on board the bus.

- Guide Language Support: English - The tour is accompanied by a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter.

- After the guide leads the tour to each drop-off location, customers will have free time on their own.
