At reception, please show the reservation confirmation sheet or e-mail (printout/digital copy on mobile device) to staff.
[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions/Cancellation Charge]

- Bookings may be made until 15:00 on the day prior to the tour. Please make a reservation on the system.

- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.

- Refunds requested by customers due to their own circumstances are normally subject to a fee of JPY 100 per person if made at least 2 days before departure, or JPY 200 per person if made within 2 days of the departure date. However, due to current system limitations, these fees will be waived. (No cancellation fees will be charged to customers.)

- Due to traffic restrictions or entry restrictions, etc. near the Imperial Palace, operation may be suspended or departure may not be possible from the designated departure location.

- The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.

- Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed. The scheduled tour ending time may vary depending on traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

- At TOKYO SKYTREE®, only the Tembo Deck (350 m) will be visited. An additional admission fee is required to access the Tembo Galleria (450 m). For those interested, please pay the required charges on your own.

- The Imperial Palace section of the itinerary includes sightseeing and strolling around the Nijubashi Bridge area. The tour will not visit the East Gardens of the Imperial Palace.

- Please participate in shoes which are easy to walk in.

- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats. If a seat on the bus is required for the child, please make a booking at the Child rate.

With Lunch: Western-style buffet featuring a wide variety of dishes at Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport.

- As lunch is a buffet, requests for vegetarian meals cannot be accommodated.

- The bus company to be used on the tour is Hato Bus Co., Ltd.

 As part of the initiatives for SDGs, an environment-friendly hybrid bus will be used for transportation. (May be changed due to maintenance or other unavoidable circumstances.)

- In an effort to prevent global warming, the bus will have its engine and cooling/heating turned off while waiting.

- In general, groups with an odd number of members will share seats with other customers.

- Please keep your seatbelts fastened on board the bus.
