- Tour bookings may be made until 05:00 in the morning on the day of the tour. Please make a reservation through the system by the reservation deadline.

- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.

- For requests regarding tours where answers from the tour operator are required in advance, please input in the Remarks field and contact the tour operator.

- The departure and arrival times and time to be spent at destinations written on the itinerary are an estimate. The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.

- Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.

- Important Notes: On a typical year, the 5th Station may be visited from around late April to November, but during the winter months (around December to early April), the Fuji Subaru Line will be closed due to snowfall, road surface freezing, etc.

- If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, or if there is inclement weather and the company has determined that views may not be seen from Mt. Fuji 5th Station, 4th Station, or 1st Station, the tour will be guided to any of the following alternative facilities.

Alternative Facilities: Fujisan Museum, Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Oshino Hakkai

- If the Lake Ashi Cruise, Hakone Ropeway, and Owakudani are not available due to weather conditions, or if stops cannot be made due to road conditions, congestion at sightseeing destinations, or other reasons, the tour will be guided to any of the following alternative facilities. The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.

- During the meal, there will be a wadaiko (Japanese drum) performance, one of Japan's traditional arts performed by the Social Welfare Corporation Fugakukai.*1 Please note that the tour may not be able to view the performance in case arrival is considerably delayed due to road conditions, or the tour is unable to reach the intended meal venue. Furthermore, depending on the circumstances of the facility, the performance may be canceled without prior notice.
