| [Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding JR East Pass] - The validity period for JR East Pass is 5 consecutive days from the use start date specified by the customer at the time of pick-up. - The JR East Pass can only be used by international visitors who are visiting Japan on a short-term stay visa. - The passport you present during pick-up must have an entry/exit stamp. Passports are not stamped when using the automated gates during entry/exit. Please use a manned gate or request for a stamp from the airport staff at the location. Please note that passports will also be required for children. - If the visa and passport conditions are not met, the voucher may not be exchanged with the actual ticket. In this case, refunds cannot be issued. - This pass may be used for JR EAST (including Shinkansen, Limited Express, Bus Rapid Transit system, etc.), Tokyo Monorail, Aoimori Railway Line, Iwate Galaxy Railway (IGR) Line, Sanriku Railway, Hokuetsu Express, Echigo Tokimeki Railway (between Naoetsu and Arai), Sendai Airport Transit Line Limited Express/Express or Local Train (including Rapid) ordinary car reserved seats, and JR Bus Tohoku, JR Bus Kanto (excluding highway buses and some route buses).
