1. This day trip from Tokyo takes customers to the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan!

2. The tour includes an admission ticket to the EXPO 2025, as well as entry to the GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE PAVILION. This is recommended for those who don't have much time but would like to visit the EXPO 2025.

3. An English-speaking assistant will lead customers during the transfer between Shin-Osaka Station and the EXPO 2025 venue. Apart from the GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE PAVILION, there will be no accompanying assistant inside the venue. Customers can enjoy exploring on their own.

4. The Tokaido Shinkansen (ordinary car, reserved seat) will be used for transportation between Tokyo and Osaka.

- The English-speaking assistant will lead customers from the Shin-Osaka Station Shinkansen platform to the entrance to the GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE PAVILION, and from the EXPO 2025 venue to the Shin-Osaka Station Shinkansen platform. There will be no accompanying assistant inside the GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE PAVILION and in the Expo venue after leaving the pavilion. Customers can freely enjoy the EXPO 2025 on their own.

- Please participate wearing clothes which are easy to walk in.

- At the EXPO 2025, there are items that are prohibited from being brought into the venue, such as large luggage (items that do not fit within the dimensions W 60cm x H 40cm x D 90cm); all wheeled luggage such as suitcases, carry cases, carts for carrying goods, etc.; and camera monopods or tripods, selfie sticks (except hand-sized ones that fit in the palm of your hand), and other items that could be potentially used as weapons. As there is no storage service in the Expo venue, please leave them before heading to the tour meet-up. - Please refer to the JR tickets received at Tokyo City i for the train number and time. Changes may not be made to the scheduled Shinkansen.

- The Shinkansen schedule may vary slightly due to unforeseen conditions.

- No refunds will be issued even if the Shinkansen tickets are not used.  In such cases, please use public transportation to the destination on your own.

- If you must cancel your tour after receiving the Shinkansen tickets, please send the tickets back to the planning company (see Remarks).

- Customers will carry their own baggage.

- It will not be possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto Shinkansen. If bringing large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own.
[Important Notes/Supplements: Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan]

- Admission tickets to the EXPO 2025 will be handed out in paper form on the day of entry.

- Advance reservations for each pavilion cannot be used prior to entry.

- If there are available slots in the pavilion reservation on the day of entry, customers can register for a reservation using their smartphone (Expo ID registration is required in advance) starting 10 minutes after entering the Expo venue. However, the assistant cannot help with reservation registration for pavilions.

- There are also pavilions that allow entry by lining up without a reservation on the day.

- Only cashless payments are accepted for shopping and dining within the venue. Cash cannot be used. Those who do not have any payment methods other than cash are required to purchase a prepaid card in advance. 70 types of payment brands, including credit cards and electronic money, can be used. For more details, please check the EXPO 2025 official website.

- Due to regulations of the Exhibition Association, visitors may be asked to present a form of identification at the exhibition venue, so please bring your passport.

In the event that a bus company not listed in the Remarks/Important Notes will be used, customers will receive a separate confirmation document via email at least 1 day in advance.
