5. Make efficient use of time with a direct route between the Hakone and Lake Kawaguchi areas. Boarding and disembarking are possible at a spot near the customer's accommodation or their preferred stop. The schedule allows customers to return to Hakone by evening.

- This tour is a bus tour that takes customers around the Fuji area. A view of the beautiful Mt. Fuji is not guaranteed. Mt. Fuji may not be visible in its entirety depending on the weather, but the tour will not be canceled, and refunds will not be given for this reason.

- Please be at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before the departure time. The bus departure time cannot be delayed. Please be sure to follow the time.
- Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.

- The bus will pick up customers at each stop. The bus arrival may be delayed due to road conditions.

- The English speaking guide on board the bus will conduct tour reception procedures. Please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to the guide.

- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats. If bus seats are required, please make a booking under the child rate.
- If inclement weather is in the forecast and the company has determined that views cannot be seen from Fujiyama Tower, the tour will be guided to the Fuji Airways attraction. Children under 13 years of age and are under 110 cm in height are not allowed to enter this facility. In this case, the corresponding amount will be refunded in cash on the day.
