- This tour is a bus tour that takes customers around the Fuji area. A view of the beautiful Mt. Fuji is not guaranteed. Mt. Fuji may not be visible in its entirety depending on the weather, but the tour will not be canceled, and refunds will not be given for this reason.

Sengokuhara Dining Area Kuraichi Parking Lot/Meeting Time 09:10

- Please be at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before the departure time. The bus departure time cannot be delayed. Please be sure to follow the time.
- Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.

- The bus will pick up customers at each stop. The bus arrival may be delayed due to road conditions.

- The English speaking guide on board the bus will conduct tour reception procedures. Please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to the guide.

- For customers staying at  Hakone Lake Ashinoko Area, a plan that goes round trip from the hotel is available. Please make a reservation from the following URL (external site).
