- Cancellation fees will be charged from 10 days in advance.

'- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.

- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 5 days prior to the tour.

- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.

- The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary. A copy of the final itinerary will not be sent to participants.

- This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour.

- For requests regarding tours where answers from the tour operator are required in advance, please input in the Remarks field and contact the tour operator.

- The Shizuoka excursion ticket JR Mt. Fuji 2-Day Enjoy Pass exclusive to this tour will be provided by the English-speaking guide or assistant on the day of the tour. Cannot be provided in advance.

- The departure and arrival times and time to be spent at destinations written on the itinerary are an estimate. The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.

- This tour is a bus tour that takes customers around the Fuji area. A view of the beautiful Mt. Fuji is not guaranteed. Mt. Fuji may not be visible in its entirety depending on the weather, but the tour will not be canceled, and refunds will not be given for this reason.

- If the transportation service is suspended due to a natural disaster or other reason, the conducting company will take necessary measures to provide travel service where possible, including arranging alternative services.

- The Shizuoka excursion ticket Mt. Fuji 2-Day Enjoy Pass is only valid for 2 days, the day of the tour and the following day.

- Whether or not used, cancellations and refunds are not available.

- As this is a Sunrise Tours product, the Sunrise Tours cancellation fee policy will apply. Refunds only for the Shizuoka excursion ticket JR Mt. Fuji 2-Day Enjoy Pass cannot be issued.

- This pass may be used for Limited Express/Rapid/Local Service train ordinary car non-reserved seating in applicable sections of JR and private railway lines; bus; ropeway; and cruise. Enjoy unlimited travel between applicable sections. Shinkansen and sleeper trains cannot be used. Please check the pass and usage guide provided on the day of the tour for details.
