- Cancellation fees will be charged from 10 days in advance.

- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 15 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.

- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.

- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 1 day prior to the tour at 12:00 noon (for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the deadline will be advanced to the preceding weekday).

- Public transportation will be used to move around on this tour. As all trains have non-reserved seats, please note that seating is not guaranteed.

- Arrival times may change depending on congestion at sightseeing locations and road conditions.  In such cases, the amount of time spent at each location may be shortened. However, this will not be accepted as a reason for booking charge refunds.

- Between Kibuneguchi Station and the lunch facility, a free shuttle service operated by the facility will be used. This is not handled as part of the tour, and is not included in the tour booking charge.

- Menu: Starter, soup, sashimi, interim dish, mixed dish, grilled dish, deep-fried dish, meal (rice, pickled vegetables, miso soup), dessert.

- The menu cannot be changed. Changes to vegetarian meals or allergy-friendly meals also cannot be made.

- Customers booked as children (6-11 years old) will be served the kids' Japanese set meal for lunch.

- The riverside terrace is outdoors and has no roof. If riverside terrace seating provision is deemed dangerous in case of rain, a rise in water level after the rain, or effects of strong winds and typhoons, dining venue staff will decide to serve meals indoors even when the weather is clear.

In the event that a bus company not listed in the Remarks/Important Notes will be used, customers will receive a separate confirmation document via email at least 1 day in advance.
