- The National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter will wait for customers at Okayama Station and guide them during sightseeing at Okayama and Kurashiki.

- When heading to Okayama, an assistant will lead customers from the meet-up at Sunrise Tours Desk until boarding the Shinkansen at Kyoto Station. There is no accompanying assistant while on board the Shinkansen.

- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with lunch and Shinkansen seats. If lunch and Shinkansen seats are required, please make a booking under the child rate.

- For lunch, the menu includes kakushi sushi made by customers during the experience, side dish, red miso soup, and dessert.

- For those who would like a lacto-ovo vegetarian meal (vegetables will be used instead for kakushi sushi; eggs and dairy products are used in other menu items), please be sure to request at the time of booking.  If requests are not provided in advance, same-day changes cannot be accepted.

- Allergy-friendly, halal, gluten-free, and other meal requests are not available. Customers with allergies and those that would like gluten-free meals should reserve the tour without lunch included.

- As this is a walking tour, please wear shoes and clothing that are suitable for walking. The total walking distance for this tour is approximately 5 km.

In the event that a bus company not listed in the Remarks/Important Notes will be used, customers will receive a separate confirmation document via email at least 1 day in advance.
