- In general, JR West Miyajima Ferry will be used on the round trip between Miyajimaguchi and Miyajima, but if it is not operating, Miyajima Matsudai Kisen will be used.

- The JR West Miyajima Ferry route from Miyajimaguchi to Miyajima will be the Otorii ferry route, which gets closest to the large torii gate of Itsukushima Shrine. Depending on circumstances such as weather and high tide, please note that the Otorii ferry route may not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.

- An assistant will lead customers when heading to Hiroshima from the meet-up at Hotel Granvia Osaka to the Shinkansen boarding platform at Shin-Osaka Station, and when returning from Hiroshima from Shin-Osaka Station to Osaka Station. There is no accompanying assistant while on board the Shinkansen.
