- Cancellation fees will be charged from 10 days in advance.

- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.

- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 7 days prior to the tour (for Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the deadline will be advanced to the preceding weekday).

- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.

- The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary. A copy of the final itinerary will not be sent to participants.

- This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour.

- Pick-up is possible in the afternoon on the day before or on the day of tour departure.

- Shinkansen tickets and the Tokyo Subway 24-hour Ticket are not included for children 5 years of age and younger.

They will not be provided with their own seat on the Shinkansen, and must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian. If required, please make a booking for them at the child rate or pay directly on site.
[Important Notes/Supplements: About Shinkansen]

- Customers can board the Shinkansen (non-reserved seat) at their preferred time on the departure date. Please board the non-reserved section and sit on an empty seat. Tickets cannot be changed to those for Green Car seating or an ordinary car reserved seating.

- No refunds will be issued even if the Shinkansen tickets are not used. In such cases, please use other public transportation to the destination on your own.

- If you must cancel your tour after receiving the Shinkansen tickets, please complete the necessary procedures at the station and send the tickets back to the planning company.

- Customers may use the return-trip Shinkansen tickets (non-reserved seat) at a time that fits their schedule between Day 1 and Day 7 of the tour.


Regarding Tokaido Shinkansen Oversized Baggage Restrictions:

- It is not possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto non-reserved cars of the Tokaido Shinkansen. Please check the Central Japan Railway Company website for details (https://global.jr-central.co.jp/en/info/oversized-baggage/). If bringing large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own.
[Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Tokyo Subway 24-hour Ticket]

- This ticket allows for unlimited use of all Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines for 24 hours from the time of first use.

- Prior to use, ticket exchange is necessary at designated ticket vending machines at major stations on the Tokyo Metro/Toei Subway or at Tokyo Metro station offices (excluding some stations). Please check the document enclosed with the JR tickets for details.

- No refunds will be issued even in case of non-use. In such cases, please use other public transportation to the destination on your own.

In the event that a bus company not listed in the Remarks/Important Notes will be used, customers will receive a separate confirmation document via email at least 1 day in advance.
