  • Tour Details
1. This tour is accompanied by a National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter. Visit the World Heritage Sites of Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima and Hiroshima's Atomic Bomb Dome on this leisurely tour.

2. Visit the Main Building of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, which was newly reopened after renovations in April 2019.

3. Look forward to seeing wild deer in the untouched abundant nature of Miyajima.

4. Please book this Hiroshima round-trip tour if you have a Japan Rail Pass.
*For customers with a Japan Rail Pass traveling from Kyoto or Shin-Osaka to Hiroshima Station, please be sure to board a Shinkansen departing early enough for you to reach the meeting location (Hotel Granvia Hiroshima lobby) and arrive by the meeting time (10:20).
Customers who do not arrive by the meeting time (10:20) cannot join the tour.

- Bus interiors are disinfected and sterilized.

- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.

- Due to repairs starting from June 2019, Itsukushima Shrine's East Corridor, Marodo Shrine Worship Hall (scheduled to end Dec. 2022), and part or all of the large torii gate (end date TBD) will not be visible.

- The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.

- Due to traffic/entry restrictions (details TBD as of July 15, 2022) that may be placed during the 2023 G7 Summit (May 19-21), there may be changes to the itinerary order or arrival time(s), or the tour may be canceled.

Tsubame Kotsu (in general); Carp Kanko; Honshi Bus Kaihatsu; or Chugoku JR Bus Company Co., Ltd.

*Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus), a hired car (van, minivan - Tsubame Kotsu), a taxi, or train on some parts of the tour.

The contrast of the green of Mount Misen behind the lacquered shrine pavilion and the blue of the Seto Sea is beautiful and evocative of the underwater palace of Ryugujo.
