1. This set plan includes a JR Kyushu Rail Pass (7-Day All Kyushu Area Pass) and an Enjoy Kyushu Pass 2. Feel free to use it when traveling around the Kyushu area.

2. The JR Kyushu Rail Pass (7-Day All Kyushu Area Pass) is a must-have when traveling around Kyushu! This JR pass can be used for unlimited rides for 7 days on the Shinkansen, Limited Express trains, etc. (ordinary car, non-reserved seats) within JR Kyushu.

3. The Enjoy Kyushu Pass 2 is a sightseeing pass usable at designated popular sightseeing spots around Kyushu! By using it along with the JR Kyushu Rail Pass, customers can design their own travels and fully enjoy sightseeing in the Kyushu region.

- When booking, please select the date for picking up the JR Kyushu Rail Pass.

*The JR Kyushu Rail Pass and Enjoy Kyushu Pass 2 cannot be used prior to the date selected at the time of booking.
- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 14 days prior to the tour at 23:59. *Advanced to earlier business day if it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.

- This is a special tour for international visitors who are visiting Japan on a short-term stay visa. Bookings for Japanese citizens are not available.

- The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary. A copy of the final itinerary will not be sent to participants.

- Tickets including vouchers (2D code and eMCO) will be sent to the specified email address within 14 days after the booking has been made. However, if the date of use is more than 1 month in advance, it will be sent around 1 month prior to the date of use.

- This is an open-itinerary plan with no accompanying National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter or tour conductor. Customers are to shoulder the transportation expenses, admission fees, etc. that are not covered by the JR Kyushu Rail Pass (7-Day All Kyushu Area Pass) and Enjoy Kyushu Pass 2.

JR Kyushu Rail Pass:

- Please be sure to exchange the voucher with the actual ticket at any of the pick-up locations below by presenting the eMCO(voucher) sent to you and your passport from the date selected at the time of booking this plan.

Enjoy Kyushu Pass 2:

- When using this, please show the 2D code sent to you at each facility.

- Please keep the e-ticket with you and do not lose it within the period of use.

*Please be aware that the Beppu Jigoku Meguri Joint Ticket can be picked up only at either Umi Jigoku or Chinoike Jigoku.

- This is an open-itinerary plan with no accompanying National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter or tour conductor.

- For this tour, there is no option for children 0-5 years old.
[Important Notes/Supplements: JR Kyushu Rail Pass]

- The validity period for JR Kyushu Rail Pass is 7 consecutive days from the use start date specified by the customer at the time of pick-up.

- The JR Kyushu Rail Pass can only be used by international visitors who are visiting Japan on a short-term stay visa.

- The passport you present during pick-up must have an entry/exit stamp. Passports are not stamped when using the automated gates during entry/exit. Please use a manned gate or request for a stamp from the airport staff at the location.

- If the visa and passport conditions are not met, the voucher may not be exchanged with the actual ticket. In this case, refunds cannot be issued.

- This pass can only be used for ordinary cars (non-reserved seats) on the Shinkansen, Limited Express trains, etc. within JR Kyushu. Please check the following on how to use reserved seats.

[For Reserved Seat Shinkansen]　

Customers themselves must make their way to a Ticket Office (Midori no Madoguchi) or to a Reserved Seat Ticket Vending Machine within JR Kyushu to get a separate reserved seat ticket (no additional charge).

[For Some Sightseeing Trains (All Seats Reserved)]　

Customers themselves must make their way to a Ticket Office (Midori no Madoguchi) or to a Reserved Seat Ticket Vending Machine within JR Kyushu to get a separate reserved seat ticket (no additional charge), or book a reserved seat in advance (additional charges apply) on the dedicated website.

*When booking a reserved seat, the reservation number listed on the eMCO will be required.

- The eMCO required for exchange cannot be reissued in any case.

- As this tour is a set plan combining the JR Kyushu Rail Pass and Enjoy Kyushu Pass 2 made by Sunrise Tours, cancellation fees are based on the Sunrise Tours cancellation fee policy. Refunds for only the JR Kyushu Rail Pass cannot be issued.

- Once the eMCO has been exchanged for an actual JR Kyushu Rail Pass, cancellations and refunds are not allowed for any reason regardless of whether or not the ticket has been used.
[Important Notes/Supplements: Enjoy Kyushu Pass 2]

- The validity period for Enjoy Kyushu Pass 2 is 10 days from the date of first use. *Regardless of the date of first use, it can be used until Jan 9, 2026.

- Entry is allowed for all facilities, but only once per facility. For details on the facilities, please check the official website of each facility.

- Not available for use on special price dates (peak season such as year-end/New Year, Golden Week, and Obon holidays) for each applicable facility. Please check the official website of each facility in advance for the special price dates.

In the event that a bus company not listed in the Remarks/Important Notes will be used, customers will receive a separate confirmation document via email at least 1 day in advance.
