[Reception Method]
- At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.
- On the day, please be sure to bring your passport (original or copy). Those who do not bring their original passport or a copy of it will not be able to participate.

[Cancellation Charge]
- Cancellation fees will be charged from 20 days in advance.

[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
- Participation in this tour requires hotel accommodation with two people per room. We do not accept reservations for single occupancy or odd-numbered groups. The maximum number of people that can be booked per reservation is 2. If you wish to book for 4 or more people (2 or more rooms), please make separate reservations for each room.
- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 30 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 12 days prior to the tour.
- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by their travel agent.
- Please inform us of your accommodation name and address for the day prior to the tour departure.

[Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations]
- The order of activities and arrival times may differ on the day depending on reasons such as road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- Train times may change due to timetable alterations or other reasons.
- Seats on the train may not be designated.

- Please refer to the final itinerary for the train numbers and train departure times. The final itinerary will be sent to the email address registered at the time of booking by the day prior to departure.
- Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.

- From departure at Hakata Station until check-in at the hotel on Day 1, an English-speaking assistant provides support on this unguided plan.
　*There will be no accompaniment by the assistant after checking in at the hotel and on Day 2.

- Children up to 3 years old are not allowed to participate in this tour.

- Lunch on Day 1 will be a Japanese bento box meal provided on board the train.
*Vegetarian meals, Muslim-friendly meals, allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available.

- Dinner on Day 1 will be a Japanese teppanyaki set menu.　
For customers who would like a vegetarian meal or Muslim-friendly meal, please make a request at the time of booking. (Please input an answer even when there are no requests. )
*Muslim-friendly Meals: A menu that does not use pork or alcohol will be provided. Please note that these are not halal certified.
*Allergy-friendly, gluten-free, and other meal requests are not available.
