[Cancellation Charge]
- Cancellation fees will be charged from 20 days in advance.

[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.
- The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary.
- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 30 days prior to the tour.
- For requests regarding tours where answers from the tour operator are required in advance, please input in the Remarks field and contact the tour operator.　
- 1 vehicle will be prepared for each group. The type of vehicle may vary depending on the number of group members. The vehicle type cannot be selected. Please be forewarned.
- Please note that some car models for charted vehicle plans may be affixed with the company name indicating lamp. Thank you for your understanding.

[Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations]
- Services on this tour include accommodation on Day 1, and taxi (including toll road fees) and English-speaking guide on Day 2. Please note that other services related to destinations visited during the sightseeing by taxi are not guaranteed.
- Parking fees, admission fees, meal charges, and admission fees and other personal expenses at sightseeing locations are not included during the taxi sightseeing on Day 2. If such expenses are accrued, they must be paid by the customer on the day. Please check the following reference prices that must be paid at the location (as of July 2026). Prices are subject to change.
Course A: Obara Fureai Park parking fee JPY 1,000/vehicle; Korankei Valley parking fee JPY 1,000/vehicle
Course B: Tokugawaen parking fee JPY 400/vehicle; Nagoya Castle parking fee JPY 540/vehicle; Tokugawaen & Nagoya Castle shared admission fee JPY 640/person
Course C: Inuyama Castle parking fee JPY 1,000/vehicle; Inuyama Castle admission fee JPY 1,000/person; Seki Traditional Swordsmith Museum admission fee JPY 300/person
- There will be an accompanying English-speaking guide for the taxi sightseeing on Day 2. Please note that customers will have to pay the fees for the guide such as admission fees required on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please book your preferred course from several courses operating round-trip from Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower.
- In general, customers will be guided along the course they selected at the time of booking. If a facility cannot be visited due to reasons such as the facility's operating circumstances on the day or road traffic conditions, an alternative destination in the surrounding area may be suggested.
- As the facilities listed on the course each have designated closed days, please be sure to check in advance.
- Regarding requests by the customer to change some destinations on the day, please note that requests may not be accommodated depending on the operating area along the course and the duration of the taxi rental. Thank you for your understanding.
- The driver will do as much as possible to avoid traffic jams and visit your preferred destinations during the allotted time, but please be aware in advance that roads and sightseeing locations may be very congested due to peak sightseeing seasons, events, and other uncontrollable factors. Also, no refunds will be issued even if the taxi is not used for the full 5 hours.
- Course A is available only in November. While the best time to see Shikizakura cherry blossoms and autumn leaves is typically between mid- to late November, please be aware that flower blooming and autumn leaf conditions vary due to the weather conditions of the year. Please note that refunds, etc. will not be issued for reasons such as flower blooming and autumn leaf conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be aware that extensions over the scheduled 5 hours are not allowed for any reason. If for any reason additional charges are incurred due to extensions over the predetermined hours owing to the customer's circumstances, the customer may be charged at a later date.

- After checking out, please be at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower front desk area by the specified time. The guide will be waiting holding a Sunrise Tours sign.

*Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.
*Please leave any large luggage at the hotel before participating in the tour.

- There will be an accompanying English-speaking guide from the tour meeting location to the tour end location on Day 2.
- Customers are to shoulder admission fees to sightseeing locations for the English-speaking guide on the day.
