[Reception Method]
- At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.
- On the day, please be sure to bring your passport (original or copy). Those who do not bring their original passport or a copy of it will not be able to participate.

[Cancellation Charge]
- Cancellation fees will be charged from 20 days in advance.

[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 30 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 12 days prior to the tour.
- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by their travel agent.

[Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations]
- The order of activities and arrival times may differ on the day depending on reasons such as road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- In general, the Spacia X Limited Express will be used for transfer between Asakusa and Nikko. However, due to timetable revisions or tour operational circumstances, train times may change, and customers may be required to travel on other limited express trains or transfer to connecting services.
- Seats on the train may not be designated.
- As the elevator to Kegon Falls can get crowded during the autumn foliage season (October-November), customers may have to wait to board.
- During the winter season (outside of the cruise operation period) or in case of strong winds, the Lake Chuzenji cruise will be suspended. As an alternative, customers will be guided to activities such as making prayer beads or a sutra transcribing experiencing at Chuzen-ji Temple Tachiki Kannon. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- Customers under 20 years of age are not allowed to drink alcohol, but may participate in the tour.

- Please refer to the tickets and final itinerary for the train numbers and train departure times. The final itinerary will be sent to the email address registered at the time of booking by the day prior to departure.
- Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.

- The National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter accompanies the tour from departure from Asakusa Station on Day 1 until return to Asakusa Station on Day 3.

Children 0-5 years old may join free of charge, but they will not be provided train seats, meals, and hotel bedding. If train seats, meals, and bedding are required for children, please book them under the child rate.

Lunch: Sukiyaki / Dinner: Kaiseki course
*For sukiyaki, 1 hot pot will be served per table (not individual hot pot).
*For those requesting an allergy-friendly meal, vegetarian meal or Muslim-friendly meal, as it is difficult to accommodate at the restaurant, customers will have to purchase their own lunch. The equivalent lunch charge will be refunded, and the guide will lead customers to a restaurant that can accommodate vegetarians.
Day 2
Breakfast: Japanese-style or Western-style set menu (selectable on the day) / Lunch: Curry rice / Dinner: Western-style course
Day 3
Breakfast: Japanese-style or Western-style set menu (selectable on the day) / Lunch: Yuba kaiseki course

- As luggage space is limited on trains and in vehicles, each person may bring only 1 large luggage (such as a suitcase).
- If bringing several pieces of large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own.
- In case there are several pieces of luggage which cannot fit in the vehicle, please be aware that there will be an additional charge for luggage transport.
