- The driver speaks only Japanese. To communicate in English, Pocketalk or a smartphone app will be used.

- Shinkansen tickets are not included for children 5 years of age and younger, and they will have to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian. If seats are required, please book them under the Child rate.
