<[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
- A National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter or English-speaking assistant will accompany each tour from the meeting point until the tour end. Furthermore, please note that the National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter or assistant is generally different for each tour.
- For the cycling experience on Day 13, there will also be an accompanying Japanese-speaking cycling guide who will conduct safety management.
- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 21 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.
- The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary.
- This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour.
- For requests regarding tours where answers from the tour operator are required in advance, please input in the Remarks field and contact the tour operator.

- The order of activities and arrival times may differ on the day depending on reasons such as road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- Train times may change due to timetable alterations or other reasons.
- Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus, hired car, taxi, etc.).
- Seats are assigned on the bus. Bookings for groups with an uneven number of participants may be seated next to other customers. Thank you for your understanding. The National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter will guide customers on the day. Seating requests cannot be accepted.
- Smoking is not allowed on board.
- There will be a lot of walking on the course. Wearing shoes easy to walk in is recommended.　　　　　

[Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Children/Infants]
- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus/vehicle/Shinkansen seats or meals. If bus/vehicle/Shinkansen seats or meals are required, please make a booking under the child rate. Also, at some hotels, a facility usage fee will be required. Please pay at the location.
- Customers joining the cycling on Day 13 must be 155 cm or taller in height. Customers shorter than 155 cm are to use the charter vehicle for transfer.

[Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Meals]
- Breakfast is included for the entire itinerary from Day 2 to Day 18.
- Lunches (aside from Day 2, 3, 9, 12, 13 & 15) and dinners (aside from Day 13 & 17) are not included.
- For lunch on Day 2, a Japanese-style meal with meat and fish will be served. (May be changed to a vegetarian meal. Same-day changes are not allowed.)
- For Day 3, a Japanese-style set menu meal will be served.　For customers who would like a vegetarian meal or Muslim-friendly meal, please make a request at the time of booking. (Please input an answer even when there are no requests.)

[Important Notes/Supplements: About Day 2 Itinerary (Nikko Tour)]
- The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions, events, ceremonies, or other reasons.
- Public transportation will be used to move around on this tour. Please note that seating is not guaranteed.
- In case access to Kanmangafuchi Abyss is deemed unsafe due to road surface freezing, etc., if Nikko Toshogu Shrine cannot be entered, or due to other operation circumstances, the tour may be taken to another destination. In such a case, it will be one of the following.
　　Futarasan Shrine or Taiyuuin Mausoleum at Rinno-ji Temple
- As there are slopes and stairs in areas around Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Kanmangafuchi Abyss, wearing shoes with good traction and clothing easy to walk in as well as using a backpack are recommended. (A distance of about 5 km will be covered.)
- As there are land leeches from April to November, please be sure to keep your legs covered. We recommend wearing thick socks that cover the ankles and bringing bug spray.

[Important Notes/Supplements: About Day 3 Itinerary (Mt. Fuji & Hakone Tour)]
- The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.
- If Mt. Fuji's 5th Station cannot be reached due to road surface freezing or an accident on the Fuji Subaru Line, or due to weather conditions, etc., the tour will be taken to the highest elevation point possible. No alternative destinations are planned when the tour reaches beyond the 1st Station. However, when the tour has to turn back at the 1st Station or when the Fuji Subaru Line is completely blocked, the tour will visit Fujisan World Heritage Center or Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park. Please note that an alternative itinerary may also be omitted depending on road conditions.
- Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.
- If the Lake Ashi cruise or Komagatake Ropeway cannot be boarded (when not visitable due to suspension of operation, road congestion, or conditions at other sightseeing areas), the tour will be guided to one of the following alternative destinations. (The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.)

- Transportation may be delayed by traffic congestion. Even if you miss your Shinkansen after disembarking at Odawara Station due to a delay, no refunds will be given. Please ride the next train in the Non-reserved section. If you plan on taking a Shinkansen after the tour ends, please make sure to choose a Shinkansen departing Odawara Station at 19:00 or later.

- On the day when the annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb is held, which is usually on a weekend in June (schedule for 2024 is yet to be determined), the Fuji Subaru Line is closed until around 14:00. The tour will proceed on this day as well. Please note that there will be changes to the itinerary order and sightseeing locations, and the Komagatake Ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise may be changed to alternative itineraries. Furthermore, please note that refunds will not be issued in this case, and customers will not be notified separately when the schedule has been determined.

[Important Notes/Supplements: About Day 5 Itinerary (Tokyo Half-day Tour)]
- The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.
- Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed.
- At Tokyo Tower, only the main observatory (150 m) will be entered. An additional admission fee is required to access the Special Observatory (250 m). For those interested, please pay the required charges on your own.

[Important Notes/Supplements: About Day 6 (Kanazawa Afternoon) & Day 7 (Shirakawago & Takayama) Itinerary]
- After departure, the tour may stop by at hotels in Kanazawa City to pick up customers. Please note that customers may not disembark for a break here.
- If sightseeing facilities are closed, the tour will be taken to alternative destinations.
- The departure and arrival times and time to be spent at destinations written on the itinerary are an estimate. The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- Please note that customers on this plan may ride along with participants of other tours.

[Important Notes/Supplements: About Day 8 Itinerary (Transfer from Kanazawa to Kyoto)]
- In the spring of 2024, the Hokuriku Shinkansen line will be extended from Kanazawa to Tsuruga. Once operation starts, a train transfer will be made at Tsuruga Station. After arriving at Kyoto Station, customers will be welcomed by an English-speaking assistant who will assist in boarding.　
- The arrival time in Kyoto may be around 12:00 to past 14:00 depending on the reserved Shinkansen conditions and other reasons. After arriving at the hotel, customers may have to wait until check-in.

[Important Notes/Supplements: About Day 9 Itinerary (1-Day Kyoto Tour)]
The Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed to visitors on the following days. As such, the tour will visit Kitano Tenmangu Shrine instead. If the closed day falls on the 25th, the tour will visit Nishi Hongan-ji Temple. (Mondays, Tuesday if Monday is a national holiday, and whenever there is an Imperial Household event)
Nijo Castle is closed on Tuesdays in January, July, August, and December. (Closed on the following day if Tuesday is a holiday.) If closed, Ryoan-ji Temple will be visited instead.
Participants will walk from the parking lot to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine (about 15 min one-way). Thank you for your understanding.

Important Notes/Supplements: About Day 10 Itinerary (Nara Afternoon Tour)]
Participants will walk from the parking lot to Todai-ji Temple (about 15 min one-way). Thank you for your understanding.
Please inform us at the time of booking if any person in your group is using crutches or a wheelchair, or has a chronic illness that makes it difficult to walk for long distances.
At Kasuga Taisha Shrine, the tour does not include entrance to areas requiring admission.
The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.

[Important Notes/Supplements: About Day 11 Itinerary (1-Day Hiroshima & Miyajima Tour)]
- The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- For the transfer from Hiroshima Station to Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima, using the hotel free shuttle bus service is recommended. However, please note that such sections of the itinerary are not covered in the itinerary guarantee/special indemnifications. Thank you for your understanding.

[Important Notes/Supplements: About Day 12-16 Itinerary (Setouchi/Shikoku Tour)]
- On the day of cycling, long pants and sneakers are recommended. Please prepare sunglasses, hat, and gloves as necessary.
- E-bikes in sizes suitable for customers' heights will be provided. Customers joining the cycling must be 12 years of age and older, 155 cm or taller in height. Customers shorter than 155 cm are to use the charter vehicle for transfer.
- On the day of cycling, if it is deemed there is a risk to safety management due to inclement weather or due to customer's physical conditions, the cycling may be canceled and the itinerary changed to regular sightseeing. Refunds will not be issued in case the cycling tour is canceled. Furthermore, refunds will also not be issued in case the cycling tour was dropped as requested by customers.

- In case destinations listed on the itinerary cannot be visited or the tour cannot proceed with experiences due to inclement weather, road congestion, or circumstances of sightseeing locations, the tour will be guided to any of the following alternative destinations. The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued even in case the tour travels by land due to cancellation of boat or ferry operation, or if the tour visits an alternative destination.
