[Reception Method]
- At reception, please show your reservation confirmation sheet, a printout of the reservation confirmation e-mail, or show the e-mail on your mobile device screen to staff.
- On the day, please be sure to bring your passport (original or copy). Those who do not bring their original passport or a copy of it will not be able to participate.

[Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions]
- This tour requires 2 people using 1 room for the hotel accommodation. Bookings for 1 person or an odd number of people are not accepted. Furthermore, the maximum number of people per booking is 2. For those who would like to book for 4 people or more (2 or more rooms), please make a booking for each room.
- If the minimum number of participants (2) is not met by 30 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 12 days prior to the tour.
- If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by their travel agent.

[Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations]
- The order of activities and arrival times may differ on the day depending on reasons such as road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- Train times may change due to timetable alterations or other reasons.
- Seats on the train may not be designated.
- While the fireworks will proceed in case of rainy weather, depending on weather conditions or other reasons, the fireworks festival may be canceled or postponed or the content may be significantly changed. Please note that the tour will proceed even in such cases, and the tour booking charge will not be refunded.
- As the fireworks festival venue is vast, it takes about 30-40 minutes on foot from the bus parking lot to the spectator seats. Please notify us at the time of booking if anyone in your group has difficulty walking for long periods of time or is using a wheelchair. Participating with a companion for assistance is required. Please note that staff cannot provide assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
- After the fireworks festival ends, arrival at the hotel is estimated to be past 00:00. (Due to surrounding roads being very congested.)

- Customers who are late for the departure time will have their reservations canceled. Please give yourself plenty of time.

- Please check the tickets and final itinerary for the train number and times.
- Changes may not be made to the scheduled Shinkansen.
- The Shinkansen schedule may vary slightly due to unforeseen conditions.
- No refunds will be issued even if the Shinkansen tickets are not used. In such cases, please use public transportation to the destination on your own.

- An English-speaking assistant will provide support from departure from Tokyo Station on Day 1 until arrival at Tokyo Station on Day 2.

- Only 1 child up to 5 years old may join free of charge per 2 Adult customers, but train seats, fireworks festival spectator seats, meals, and hotel bedding will not be provided. If train seats, fireworks festival spectator seats, meals, and bedding are required for children, please book them under the child rate. In addition, children participating free of charge must sit on the lap of their parent or guardian when watching the fireworks, but please be aware that space is limited due to the narrow distance between seats and seat rows.
